Job Description: 

We are an established internet-based business located in Granite Bay, CA heading into our 5th year of success! We are specialists in job marketing and recruiting for Produce/Agriculture and Food Safety Employers, and we help job seekers find great jobs across North America. With outreach to over 100,000 people each week through our marketing efforts, we have the broadest reach in our industry. This includes our heavy emphasis on industry relationships, multimedia, and social media marketing.

We’re looking for an energetic person who can work well within our growing team and help grow our customer base in North America. We need an individual who is motivated to work with creativity and new ideas to help generate new clients for our business while maintaining our existing customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 

  • Find leads to cold call, making new sales
  • Post jobs on website
  • Follow-up with companies/past clients
  • Filter through resumes
  • Marketing own company to increase reach/increase traffic on website 

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Outgoing personality, common sense, self-motivated and willing to take initiative. You must “think on your feet,” communicate effectively, and collaborate with others. The ideal person will convey a friendly, professional attitude and personality toward clients while understanding the value of building trust and long-term relationships. We value the ability to solve problems creatively and work on multiple projects and tasks concurrently. Candidates with a “can do” attitude along with a customer service focus will fit right in! Sales experience is preferred.

HOURS: This position may allow for a flexible schedule of 35 – 40 hours per week.

COMPENSATION:  Hourly, plus commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications:

  • Great with people and the ability to connect with all types of personalities 
  • Energetic and motivated to work hard and grow the business
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Computer and internet knowledge and skills
  • MS office experience, including WORD and Excel
  • Familiarity with social media marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
