The Engineering team is located in Corcoran, CA and we are currently seeking a Water Engineer to help support planning and design projects pertaining to water system plans, specifications, engineering studies, mapping, surveys, reports, and environmental assessments.
- Performs a variety of field and office engineering work in the design and construction of water distribution systems and related facilities.
- Conducts studies and prepare plans and specifications, methods, and techniques on water projects.
- Schedules, conducts and coordinates assigned engineering work.
- Monitors work for compliance to applicable codes and accepted engineering practices and standards.
- Verifies that all requirements are being satisfied.
- Performs various design engineering-related calculations and analysis of appropriate corrective actions by keeping the integrity of the Company in mind.
- Bachelor’s degree in Ag or Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, AutoCAD and database programs.
- Technical skills in hydraulic analysis, construction cost estimation, design of hydraulic structures, drafting, and technical report writing.
- Experience in gathering data and preparing charts, maps, field diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, verbal, and written skills.
- Must have a valid California Drivers License
