Job Description:
J. G. Boswell Company has an immediate fulltime open position for an Aseptic Filler Supervisor to join their team in Corcoran, California. This individual will be responsible for providing leadership to seasonal staff.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Must ensure all personnel is properly trained and maintain appropriate level of proficiency.
- Inspect packaging, troubleshoot inefficiencies, manage scheduling, and provide a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 years relevant experience
- Strong SOP knowledge required, as well as the ability to ensure compliance and develop specifications
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent organizational & negotiating skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems
