Compensation/Salary:

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Total retail territory sales management responsibility
  • Achievement of annual sales revenue
  • Support with the development of annual sales plans
  • Ongoing evaluation, selection and management of key business relationships
  • Identify and analyze local market dynamics to foresee and resolve issues and identify opportunities
Education: 
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Skills: 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills at the executive/senior level
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients in a professional manner
  • Ability to analyze statistics and calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, and volume
  • Expertise in software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet ability) and Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation skills)
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems in a confident, decisive manner
Qualifications: 
  • 10 – 15 years sales and business experience within the retail produce industry
  • Strong business management experience and skills
  • Broad produce industry knowledge and experience
  • High-energy and passionate about accomplishing sales goals
  • Brand management experience
  • Desire and ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Experience in forecasting, budget and business plan development
