Interfresh, Inc. is a national leading fruit and vegetable distributor with 6 sales offices in the western United States. We are currently in search of a sales assistant for our San Bruno Sales division that will help our growing team get to the next level! Applicant must be energetic, able to multi task, have excellent customer service skills and a great attitude!
We are looking to add an excited and motivated Sales Assistant to our team in San Bruno, CA.
- Providing administrative support to sales staff.
- Answering and transferring incoming/outgoing phone calls.
- Must be computer literate, comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
- Daily usage of fax machine and scanner.
- Regular interaction with customers, vendors, and staff within the office as well as other divisions.
- Maintain office files and documents.
- Daily filing.
- Processing of Sales Orders.
- Responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
- Handling billing issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must be highly motivated and have a strong work ethic.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and fantastic customer service.
- Proficiency in Famous Software a plus.
