We have an immediate opening for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in California.

As a Sales and Marketing Manager you are responsible for generating new business and maintaining current relationships. You will do this by developing a marketing and sales plan, going to shows and checking in with your customers and addressing any questions/concerns that they may have.

Inspection Masters, LLC (IM) designs, manufactures, sales and services electronic, automated sorting equipment for the Agricultural Industry. IM has been in business for over 15 years with sorters in the Pecan, Walnut and Macadamia In-Shell markets in the Continental US, Hawaii, Mexico, Chile, France and Australia. Our mission is to continue to develop and manufacture advanced optical sorting systems for the entire in-shell tree nut industry.

Compensation/Salary:

Requirements: 
  • Minimum 5 years in Agriculture sales
  • Sales management, planning and implementing sales strategies preferred
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge preferred
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with computer competency
  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent customer service skills are key factors in the success of this role
  • Growth and sales oriented with the ability to work and succeed in a team atmosphere
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy
  • Drive and motivation to generate new business, and maintain current relationships

    • IM sales force
    • Domestic and International Sales Reps
  • Create Sales Strategic Plan
  • Project sales and sales budget
  • Manage sales expenses
  • Recruit sales staff and sales Reps
  • Evaluate performance of sales staff and sales Reps
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis

Marketing

  • Create Marketing Strategic Plan
  • Project Marketing budget for
    • Equipment Shows
    • Print Ads
    • Marketing Materials
  • Manage Equipment Shows
  • Manage Marketing Expenses
