Job Description: 

Inspection Masters, LLC designs, manufactures, sales and services automation equipment for agriculture. We are a 20-year-old company with systems on five continents. We have been selling equipment in California for the past 7 years with still a very large potential customer base. Inspection Masters also continues to develop new AgTech products to meet the evolving needs of Agriculture.

Do you have a background in agriculture sales?

We have an immediate opening for an “Outside Sales and Service Person” to help cover our California market. 

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Report to the Sales Manager in the New Mexico office.
  • Work independently promoting and selling to tree nut processors in California.
  • Secure Purchase Agreements and coordinate order details and product deliveries with the New Mexico office.
  • Support marketing efforts at California equipment shows.
  • Provide on-site customer training after new installations.
  • Respond to service requests.
Requirements: 
  • At least 2 years direct experience selling in the Agriculture market.
  • Ability to work independently, setting goals and fulfilling tasks.
  • Moderate level of comfort with computers and electronic systems (specific training will be provided).
  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent customer service skills are key factors in the success of this role.
  • Growth and sales oriented with the ability to work and succeed in a team atmosphere.
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy.

Benefits:

Compensation is commensurate with experience and is composed of a base salary and benefits plus sales commissions.
