As we continue to thrive, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and assistance to the Accounting Manager in the areas of accounts receivable, credit and collections, PACA filings, B2B communications (EDI, etc.) and special projects as needed

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience dealing with large AR customers.
- EDI experience, knowledge of Walmart-Retail link a plus.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of FAMOUS software is a plus.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordination of EDI transactions, provide support for all EDI related issues includes new customers set up.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and status on daily basis.
- Research and resolve any billing disputes, prepare claims if needed.
- Provide weekly AR update and reports to management.
- Provide leadership in Accounts Receivable and month end closing.
- Insures the proper implementation of controls in the areas of responsibility.
- Insure timely and accurate transaction recordings.
- Must be able to communicate effectively to management and outside parties, such as customers and auditors.
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports and projects upon management request.
