Job Description: 

iFood Decision Sciences (iFood) is a fast-growing software company serving the specialty crop industry. Using knowledge-based SaaS applications, iFood is significantly advancing the produce industry's supply Chain operational performance as it relates to food safety data management.

We are looking for a sales professional in Eastern WA to help us close business and drive hundreds of companies to join our customer community.

As an Account Executive you are responsible for expanding our business through sales. You will have a thorough understanding of our SaaS applications and use that knowledge to gain new customers through presentations and understanding the customers’ needs and how our applications can help them.

Requirements: 
  • Proven sales track record with excellent communication skills, people skills, and closing skills.
  • Excellent organizational & negotiating skills.
  • Self-starter who has the passion and determination to work hard and meet or exceed goals.
  • Sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of specialty crop industry a plus.
  • SaaS experience a plus.
  • Ability to travel.
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the software, the space, all of the players, and what prospects are currently facing as it relates to the solution iFood provides.
  • Understand prospect’s objectives/business issues through intelligent dialogue (asking & answering questions) and quickly connect iFood’s unique value proposition to these objectives/business issues.
  • Demonstrate how iFood solves their business issues through product presentation/demonstration and show how iFood solves their particular business issues.
  • Track and update sales activities in Salesforce CRM platform on a daily basis.
  • Close business. It’s your job to navigate the customer buying process, ending with a signed agreement. This is the most important part of the job and what will make you successful.
