We are in search of an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join our Miami location as Business Development Director - East.
The ideal candidate thrives on working to improve the Company’s market position and achieve financial growth, defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
This position is obliged with overall management of the Company’s business growth and expansion by establishing and maintaining contacts in the food industry of existing and potential customers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred; MBA is preferred - equivalent education and demonstrated success required
- Minimum 10+ years of business development, marketing, and/or sales experience
- Direct marketing experience for business to consumer and business to business
- Knowledge of across industries with depth in marketing, retail, and financial services
- Demonstrated track record of building business
- Proven and verifiable history of increasing revenues to meet benchmarks and company goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Keen interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Ability to travel as needed
