Sales/Admin Coordinator

Job Description: 

Our company is an importer, marketer and shipper of fresh mushrooms sourced globally. We have experienced consistent and steady growth since we started doing business almost 20 years ago.
We are currently seeking to fill a full time position for a Sales/Admin Coordinator located in our Fremont CA office, Los Angeles CA office, Brooklyn NY office, West Grove PA office. The produce industry is very fast paced and dynamic and the ideal candidate for this position will need to possess the following characteristics:

  • Self-starter
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a small group environment
  • An energetic personality

This position will work closely with our Sales, Operations and Administrative teams assisting with all aspects of the sales transaction process.

Requirements: 
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Past fresh produce experience
  • Quickbook software knowledge is desired
