The Sales Representative should have experience in our commodities and will be responsible for the maintenance and development of retail, wholesale and foodservice accounts. The candidate should have strong communication, organization, and computer skills. The ability to manage all transactions from field to customer is a must.

- Understand fresh produce marketing, growing and shipping
- Confident verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external company contacts
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Strong negotiating skills
- Maintain current sales accounts and develop new account relationships
- Occasional travel required
- Preferably 3+ years of produce sales experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills: the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to make decisions in stressful environment
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus
