Job Description:
Immediate opening for a dynamic Customer /Sales Service representative with experience in the agricultural industry who is a punctual, self motivated problem solver and a team player. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Compensation/Salary:

Requirements:
- Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS Office Products.
- Detail Oriented with excellent multitasking skills
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Outgoing personality and able to interact with all types of customers
- Organized and a Problem Solver
- Minimum 5 years experience in Ag Industry
- Minimum High School Diploma (no GED). Some College a Plus!

- Focus on exceptional customer service
- Answering and returning phone calls
- Meet and greet occasional walk in customers at front desk
- Replying to customer emails
- Order processing
- Scheduling and tracking deliveries
- Order entry software experience
- Invoicing
- Inventory Control
- Keeping projects on schedule
- Other duties as assigned
