We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for our Southern Colorado and Western Slope Regions.

Requirements: 
  • Demonstrated successful 3+ years of experience in territory sales or account management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • A work ethic that includes initiative, ability to work independently, sound judgment, diplomacy and discretion.
  • Organizational and business skills with an attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Establish, cultivate and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in assigned territory to generate new and repeat business through growers, dispensaries, and wholesale outlets.
  • Create a pipeline of qualified opportunities and develop strategies to move the opportunities through the sales cycle to closing. 
  • Communicate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process by providing territory sales forecasts and budgeted expenses. 
  • Participate in the development and implementation of product marketing programs for both existing and new products.  Maintain a current market analysis with market share statistics.
