We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Oregon.

As a Sales Manager you are responsible for managing the day to day execution of sales strategies and tactics based upon direction from the VP of Sales. This includes direct interaction with all sales staff and customers.  You will work with the VP of Sales on identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the existing team, and identify both opportunities and threats within the market place and/or on the team through daily field work. You are also responsible for initiating or delegating contact with new/potential customers.

Requirements: 
  • College degree or industry equivalent desired.
  • Previous sales or sales management experience in a CPG company.
  • Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Independently driven and highly motivated.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Supervise day to day aspects of the Sales team.
  • Increase sales in respective accounts.
  • Manages day to day field sales activity within the sales team.
  • Responsible for auditing all expense reports for Sales Representatives/Sr. Sales Representatives before submitting to payroll.
  • Supports the VP of Sales in all aspects of administrative needs with the team and other departments – reporting, on-boarding, disciplinary actions, setting of goals, sales contests, and overall sales strategy execution.
  • Helps identify tactics that will deliver bottom line results.
  • Drive towards goal achievement with all members of the sales team.
  • Develops individuals for future advancement.
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster, aid and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximize employee morale, and productivity.
  • Insures that all Sales Representatives convey themselves in line with company standards of dress/appearance, attitude, timeliness with appointments, meetings, etc.  Enforces disciplinary action as needed.
  • Conducts quarterly performance reviews of sales staff alongside VP of Sales.
  • Assists in the timely delivery of annual account management meetings with all key accounts per VP of Sales direction.
