We are currently seeking to fill a position for a Junior Sales Representative to contribute to the growth and continued success of our business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and team player with a strong work ethic. We're looking for individuals who are highly motivated to jump right in and help our growing organization. The best candidates will be personable and outgoing individuals who can bring a positive attitude to our busy workplace every day.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Grow existing customer accounts
  • Seek out and develop new customers
  • Maintain sales targets and category growth
  • Identify and analyze local market dynamics and pursue new opportunities
  • Work collaboratively to ensure optimal customer service and support
  • Handling incoming sales calls from current customers and sales prospects
Skills: 
  • Produce industry knowledge and experience
  • High-energy and passionate about accomplishing sales goals
  • Enthusiastic approach to problem solving
  • Excellent selling skills and an ability to adapt to different customer types
  • High degree of collaboration within the sales team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer proficient
Qualifications: 
  • Produce and/or sales experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems
  • Self-starter who has the passion and determination to work hard and meet or exceed goals
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within general company guidelines
  • Possess a proven ability to recognize opportunities for business expansion within key customers
