We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager in Seattle, WA.

As the Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the full scale operations of planning and tracking the entire supply chain - from inbound pick-ups/receives to customer delivery.

Your overall goal is to ensure that all products meet our high standards. You will ensure that the quality produce and artisan groceries are portioned, picked, packed and delivered accurately, safely and efficiently with the same high standards throughout, while maintaining ownership through the entire supply chain process.

Requirements: 
  • 1-2 years of Warehouse Management experience.
  • Requires regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Able to work extra hours as required.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills such as Excel, Word, and Zimbra.
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Hard working and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in an ever-changing environment.
  • Food Handlers Card Required.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Training and continuous employee development across all levels, including formal reviews of supervisors on a monthly basis with continual informal feedback.
  • Ongoing process improvements to ensure quality and accuracy at every stage of production.
  • In charge of ensuring that the highest level of quality is maintained in the facility at all times.
  • Provide leadership to merchandising and customer service teams of all culled, shorted, quality rejected and delivery issues with real-time recommended solutions and realistic execution expectations.
  • Provide the designated contacts across all facilities with all of the necessary information needed to determine when all shipments are expected to arrive, while providing root cause analysis of delays.
  • Analyze and determine root cause of all packing and quality complaints and shipping delays, while updating and maintaining tracking metrics.
  • Daily management of department duties, including labor allocations, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and providing discipline, as needed
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and Job Description documentation, as required.
  • Create and implement policies and procedures for all departments activities.
  • Train and coach supervisors and associates, and verifying SOP's and safety compliance through standard work checks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse at all time, and ensure that this is a priority of every employee..
