We are currently looking for a Retail Produce Sales Representative to join our growing team in Miami, FL.
As a Retail Produce Sales Rep, your responsibility is to expand our customer base, as well as maintain our current customer accounts. You will keep track of customer orders and uphold our high customer service standards that the company is known for in the Miami area. You will also work with other members of the sales team as you help our business grow.
- Service existing accounts and provide outstanding customer service, while obtaining orders and establishing new accounts, by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to visit existing and potential customers.
- Daily marketing support to establish and increase new customers.
- Successfully promote a customer-focused work ethic in tune with the company’s core values and principles.
- Sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Seek to improve sales revenue in line with established sales targets.
- Take daily orders.
- Work through and follow up on trouble orders/files. Ensure timely input of all charges and adjustments.
- Work closely with other members of the Sales department and Senior Management.
- Keep management informed of any issues that may keep us from growing our business.
- College degree preferred.
- 5+ years of retail produce sales experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong inter-personal skills.
