Job Description:
Fresh Results LLC is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic companies in the fresh produce industry, and is one of the largest, most reputable fresh berry growers/shippers in the world. The company is responsible for almost 20% of all fresh blueberries imported into the U.S. from September through mid-December.
Join our company as a Dispatcher in Sunrise, FL. This position is responsible for scheduling the timely and efficient delivery of our product, as well as maintaining shipping documentation and coordinating with our sales team and carriers.
The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude and be a team player who has excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the produce industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn new skills and tasks as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized and able to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously, such as arranging shipment details
- Microsoft Office proficient
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Product scheduling
- Dispatch daily orders to carriers
- Coordinate orders between the sales team and carriers
- Maintain shipping and receiving documentation; shipping and receiving follow up
- Customer service
