We are currently searching for a highly motivated individual to join our accounting team as an Accounting Assistant in Fresno, CA.
As the Accounting Assistant you are responsible for helping to complete and organize daily tasks for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Departments.

Requirements:
- Produce accounting background preferred, but not required
- Combination of education, training, and applied knowledge in Agricultural Business preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Team player

- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office, Word & Excel) required
Fresh Pacific Fruit is an established global importer/exporter of over 25 years, located in the Central California San Joaquin Valley. Our company handles an extensive line of fresh fruits, vegetables, dried fruits and nuts, and frozen products.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Accounts Payable processing
- Accounts Receivable processing
- Assist with Import and Export documentation
- Data entry, fiing and answering phones
- Interact with both the Sales and Accounting staff
- Perform administrative duties
