We are currently searching for a Sanitation Manger in Seattle, WA.

As a Sanitation Manager, you will act as a key member of our overall operations management team by providing leadership for all sanitation programs and staff members.
This is a hands on position. You will be working directly with our multi-cultural staff ensuring work is being completed in an efficient, safe and effective manner, and that all food safety guidelines are being followed
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- 3 + years of sanitation supervision experience within a food manufacturing environment
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, develop and implement procedures, train and lead staff
- Strong communication skills with all levels in the organization
- Computer and technical skills are a must. 2 + years of Microsoft Office
- Customer focused attitude
- Dependable, with a flexible schedule to work some weekends and rotating shifts
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Exposure to supply chain and supply chain best practices
- Write, oversee and manage the daily, weekly and master cleaning schedule, GMPs and SSOPs
- Control inventory and order all cleaning supplies; managing the budget for this area
- Develop and implement productivity strategies to lower controllable costs while driving sanitation standard improvements
- Ensure good housekeeping in facilities, and continuously work on improvements
- Promote safety through work procedures
- Work with company vendors, including pest control and waste management ensuring we are getting the best pricing and service
- Conduct performance reviews, training and coaching sessions for approximately 13 staff members
- Light maintenance of equipment and machines
