Job Description:
Eclipse Berry Farms, LLC is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team in our corporate office located in (Brentwood) Los Angeles, CA. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and communication within the supply chain environment for various accounts.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Monitor and secure all transportation needs for delivered loads.
- Work regularly with Sales Team to determine the immediate and future trucking needs.
- Ensure compliance with the SOPs for handling product.
- Maintain relationship with various accounts to learn how to more efficiently handle their respective needs.
- Maintain relationship and contracts with carriers
- Ensure customer product moves through the supply chain in an efficient manner
- Coordinate with shipping supervisors and carriers to ensure transit times and on-time deliveries are maintained.
- Oversee scheduling of shipments
- Collect and organize all Transportation Vendor packets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics or business administration.
- Knowledge of freight brokerage processes.
- Experience in produce industry is preferred.
- Direct experience with routing and load planning.
- Knowledge of transportation management software (i.e. Famous, Retail Link, Retailix, One Network).
- Knowledge of Transportation regulation and law.
- Strong Team Player.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
