Job Description:

Based out of our Oxnard location, this professional will handle employee relations programs for several other locations (Salinas, Visalia and Yuma, Arizona). Position reports to the West Coast Director of Human Resources in consultation with the Corporate HR team in Florida.

Requirements:
- Two to four years of HR experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Knowledge of California and federal labor laws
- MS Office proficiency
- Production or manufacturing HR background preferred
- Familiarity with H2-A worker program
- Labor contractor compliance
- Overnight traveling to 25%
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Will conduct recruitment efforts for all levels
- Will conduct benefit administration and presentations
- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures for continuous improvement
- Supervise office staff
Education:
- Four year degree preferred
