DiMare Fresh is expanding its Dallas/Fort Worth sales team with an Outside Sales Representative.

As an Outside Sales Representative you will be a motivated, aggressive self-starter with the determination to succeed. You will possess a positive attitude, an enthusiastic personality and an affinity for cold calling. 

The focus of this position will be on developing Foodservice, Retail Customers and Service Programs, the ideal candidate will have an intricate knowledge of these market sectors and a solid understanding of the fresh produce industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customers
  • Continue to manage existing accounts
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of sales and customers
  • Meet/exceed sales goals
  • Support other sales team members
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years successful sales in fresh produce
  • Strong cold-calling and presentation skills 
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain quality relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication (written, oral, and listening) and organizational skills
  • Strong decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Computer proficient
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
