Diamond T Farms is a successful, established produce shipper located in Plant City, Florida. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Person to join our team. We're seeking an individual with produce industry experience who is energetic and ready to contribute to our continued growth. The ideal candidate will have an established customer base and a large number of industry contacts.We're looking forward to hearing from qualified candidates.

- Produce sales experience
- Must be an assertive salesperson, a decision maker, and a self-starter
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and be a team player willing to go the extra mile
- Good computer skills
- High-energy and passionate about accomplishing sales goals
- Enthusiastic approach to problem solving
- Excellent people skills and communication skills
- Excellent selling skills and an ability to adapt to different customer types
- High degree of collaboration within the team
- Established client list is a plus
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Seek out and develop new customers
- Interact up and down the supply chain to ensure successful relationships with our customers
- Maintain sales targets and category growth
- Identify and analyze local market dynamics and pursue new opportunities
- Follow-up with clients and resolve any problems
