Job Description: 

Devine Organics, LLC is a premier Grower/Packer/Shipper of Organic and Conventionally grown fresh commodities. Our diverse list of fresh Fruits & Vegetables are grown throughout the year and sourced out of multiple growing regions in CA and Mexico.

We are currently searching for an experienced, energetic, focused and trust worthy person to join our Sales team as a Sales Representative in Fresno, CA.

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and creating new business. You must be able to do this while maintaining strong relationships with current and potential customers. You will accomplish this by using your product knowledge, personal sales techniques and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be highly motivated, personable and an outgoing individual who can bring a positive attitude to their busy workplace every day. If you’re an experienced, energetic Salesperson who knows how to move product, we want to hear from YOU!

Requirements: 
  • 5-7 Years of experience in an FOB fresh produce sales environment
  • Organic and/or asparagus sales experience preferred
  • A thorough understanding of the distribution channels associated with the Produce industry
  • The ability to multitask continually with a focus and attention to details
  • Experience and understanding of various software purchasing and invoicing platforms utilized by trade accounts
  • Computer proficiency including Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish greatly preferred
  • FAMOUS software experienced preferred
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • FOB Fresh Produce Sales to Retail and Wholesale accounts
  • Organize, identify and target a diverse list of key accounts and contacts within those accounts
  • Maintain and foster existing sales accounts while identifying and developing new accounts
  • Track and report activity of account list on a regular basis including initial A/R oversight
  • Successfully work and collaborate with other Sales team members to accomplish set goals
  • Evening and weekend work as it relates to the position
  • Travel required as necessary to the position
