Executive Assistant to Managing Members

Job Description: 

Dayka & Hackett LLC is a leading Grower/Shipper/Importer of fresh fruit to North American supermarkets and club stores.  Dayka & Hackett LLC specializes in table grapes, tree fruit, mangos, kiwi, apples, pears, and citrus.  Products are sourced globally year-round.  Dayka & Hackett LLC maintains offices in Wilmington, DE, Nogales, AZ, and is headquartered in Reedley, CA.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and maintain a professional image.  A strong work ethic, confidentiality, punctuality and job dedication is essential to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Must be able to work effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage Outlook calendar and daily schedule for managing members of the company
  • Organize meetings/luncheons including all amenities
  • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Manage confidential correspondence
  • Some travel may be required up to several times per year
  • Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and evenings as necessary
  • Perform data entry and perform various other office duties and projects as needed
Qualifications: 
  • Must have excellent English composition and writing skills, including typing up to 60 wpm
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Famous Software experience is helpful
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and very organized
  • At least ten (10) years of administrative work experience.  Experience must include front office customer/caller intake experience and some basic database entry and updating experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
