Job Description:
An established, global company has a new opportunity for a Vice President of Sales in southern California. We are a leader in our industry seeking candidates who possess outstanding credentials in produce sales and team leadership.
The successful candidate will possess a polished and professional disposition. You will be interacting with large retail customers in this highly visible position and you must have excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working with a diverse business community in a high profile role.
We're offering generous compensation and competitive benefits for the right person: $150k - $250k depending on experience in the industry.
Travel commitments are 10% - 20%.

$150,000-$250,000 DOE
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of produce sales experience
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record in managing a successful sales team
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responsible for promoting premium brands and products
- Responsible for ongoing implementation of strategic marketing plan, goals and objectives
- Design, create and implement business development program which will result in brand growth
- Manage and lead other sales staff in sales objectives
- Inspire, train and update sales team
