We're seeking an outstanding, high-achieving individual for the position of Senior Executive Director of Sales & Marketing. This person will guide and manage all areas of the sales and marketing functions, reporting directly to the President /CEO.
We're offering a generous benefits package with a compensation range of $150 - $250K.
- Minimum 10 years produce experience and experience in senior management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team successfully
- Ability to mentor, teach and train a team while leading by example
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Acute understanding of produce market and industry trends
- Brand development and market positioning
- Spearhead and champion the expansion of services and products
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Identify new opportunities
- Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new customers
- Represent company during trade shows and events
- 4-year degree or higher in a related field
