Job Description:

We are seeking to fill a position for a Finished Product Manager. This person will take on the all-encompassing responsibility to ensure that all finished products meet or exceed all customer or company standard specifications, and is manufactured in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Requirements:
- The Finished Product Manager shall become licensed as a California QAL Pesticide Applicator within six months of hire date.
- Conduct Annual Performance Reviews and establish Annual Goals early in the year (February) for Continuous Improvement of key personnel in each department to coincide with the Incentive Bonus Program (December).
- The Finished Product Manager shall reside within a 30 miles radius of the manufacturing facility, allowing him/her to be available promptly for emergencies, off-peak supervision and other occasional necessities.
- The Finished Product Manager shall be a tobacco free individual.
Responsibilities & Duties:

The Finished Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, food safety initiatives, employee execution, and budget analysis/performance of the following areas:
- Quality Control
- Packing Line(s), Pac-Mac and Vacuum Packing Operations
- Fumigation
- Shipping
- The Finished Product Manager is responsible for direct supervision to these areas in accordance with Company Organizational Chart.
- The Finished Product Manager is responsible for facilitating and enforcing the HACCP and Food Safety Programs/Initiatives in areas outlined above, and as required by regulatory authorities and the company.
- The Finished Product Manager is responsible for facilitating and enforcing the company’s Employee Safety Program in areas outlined above and as required by management.
- The Finished Product Manager is responsible for increasing the value and efficiency of each of the areas indicated above, and communicating any areas of concern to his supervisor.
- The Finished Product Manager shall work in cooperation with The Raw Product Manager to maximize all products to their highest value.
- The Finished Product Manager shall attend all meetings as necessary to perform and implement responsibilities effectively, including monthly budget meetings, monthly safety meetings, and thrice weekly productions meetings.
