As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to strategically plan and market multiple established brands. You will be responsible for social media, artwork development, marketing research and both conventional/digital campaign development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Annual Strategy Planning
  • Setting marketing/branding objectives, goals and KPIs
  • Coordinating product development timeline and campaigns
  • Budget planning and monitoring
  • Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Exploring new business partners and opportunities
  • Coordinating sampling events, creating coupons, managing conventional events
  • Product Development
  • Flavor/size/format directional setting
  • Developing box, shippers, collateral materials for sales team
  • Artwork development for films and all materials
  • Web /Social Management
  • Day to day communication with digital marketing agency
  • Planning and monitoring  digital campaigns
  • Figuring out new digital channel and trying new ideas
  • Managing fan community through e-blast
  • PR/Influencer Marketing
  • Working with PR agency to reach out top level influencers, celebrities
  • Working with social/blogger management firm to buzz out through grass root influencers
  • Marketing Research
  • Working closely with research agency, planning and executing periodical/adhoc marketing research
  • Working closely with digital marketing agency and other business partners, planning and executing quick survey through our fan community, social media, sample events and other platforms
  • Working closely with research agency, planning and executing periodical/adhoc marketing research

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree; Masters degree a plus.
  • 3 years+ experience in food & beverage marketing. Snack/healthy food segment experience is a plus

Ideal Candidate:

  • Social media/digital marketing experience, can understand basic mechanism, SEO, digital advertisement and campaign planning, daily social media user is a plus
  • Positive, proactive, fun, and enthusiastic to the brands and brand strategy.
  • Can develop and communicate marketing/brand message, package description, campaign copy
  • Strong numerical skills including budget planning, research analysis, ROI/KPI setting and monitoring
  • Strong problem solving skills including fact gathering, document/data search, excel analysis, written/verbal presentation and proactive participation in discussion
  • Strong project management skills including schedule handling, meeting handling (setting agenda, stating objectives, concluding next steps), summarizing minutes/reports/logs, upward & peer management
  • Able to adjust the scope of work and maintain a flexible schedule depending on the strategic direction of the brand.
