We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Chief Operating Officer that is ready to play an instrumental role, and strategically drive our organization to new heights. As COO, you will manage all accounting and fiscal aspects of company operations from our office in Central Missouri.

- Reports directly to the CEO.
- Together with the CEO, provide direction and support to our Leadership Team.
- Implement internal organization processes and infrastructure allowing the company to continue to grow and fulfill goals.
- Responsible for managerial oversight and leadership of all senior level department directors.
- Management of financial department and business planning activities to ensure the organization reaches financial goals.
- Oversight of the Sales and Business Development department.
- Management of the Sourcing Department Director, and assist in strategic organizational procurement practices.
- Oversight and monitoring of produce repack facilities and their business activity with the corporate campus.
- Ensure the organization carries out initiatives necessary to achieve our 2015 strategic plan and current business plan.
- Minimum 10 years produce industry experience.
- Demonstrates produce expertise in the areas of sales, sourcing, and operations would be attractive.
- Relocation required to Central Missouri
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the MFP Corporate mission.
- Flexible and able to multi-task; working within a dynamic, fast-moving environment, while driving toward clearly defined goals and solutions.
