Key responsibilities:

Manage and develop retail, wholesale and foodservice accounts

Communicate, and coordinate with sourcing / operations to optimize sales

Meet individual and team sales goals, quarterly and annually

Proven track record of developing accounts and maintaining sales

Existing customer base and portfolio of accounts a plus

Ability to work under pressure and strong work ethic

Exceptional interpersonal and sales skills

Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office including, Microsoft Word and EXCEL

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Self-directed and team oriented

Spanish language skills a plus but not at all necesary

Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities

4 year degree in related field is a plus, not required

1-2 years tomato category or other produce sales experience
