Administrative/Sales Assistant

We are currently seeking an Administrative/Sales Assistant in Nogales, Mexico, to provide support and coordination to the Sales and Administrative teams. This position requires a hands-on and close collaboration approach with the sales, warehouse, procurement, operations, transportation, and administration departments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provides backup in answering phone calls to redirect, or take messages for the sales team.
  • Creates and maintains daily reports as needed.
  • After hours sales support (phone and email).
  • Supports coordination with the corporate office for invoicing.
  • Assists with A/R and A/P.
  • Assists the sales team in documenting quality problems at arrival to the warehouse, and with the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (2 years).
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Preferable bilingual (English/Spanish).
