Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Produce Salesperson
As a Produce Sales Associate your responsibility will be to manage and process orders, track orders, monitor levels, and work with other members of the sales team.

Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (Korean) a plus
- Desire to develop new accounts and grow with the company
- Willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic, team player attitude, punctuality and job dedication
- Fresh produce (sales and/or production) experience a plus
- After-hours sales support (phone and email)
- Must be a team player – provide team with support and coordination
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous manner, and assist customers whenever appropriate
- Effectively process and manage customer orders from the time they are received until the product ships
- Monitor inventory levels
- Track customer orders to delivery
- Communicate with growers regarding shipments
- Ensure special customer requirements are accurate, current, and properly noted on the orders
- Work effectively with sales personnel to resolve issues and disputes regarding shipments, products, or accompanying follow-up activity
- Implement quick decisions and problem solving in the sudden and unplanned situations that can occur in produce sales and production
- Provide professional customer service in a fast paced environment, with a focus on process improvement and contribution to improving teamwork and workflow
- Provide general support and assistance to other departments as assigned
