We are currently in search of a Warehouse/Maintenance candidate to train with our company located at our Lodi Distribution Center in California.
Duties would include but not be limited to:
• Help with the distribution of Agricultural Packaging.
• Supervise approx. 4 employees, plus box crews. Up to 16 total personnel.
• Answer phones on occasion.
• Work with customers on their day to day repeat orders.
• Coordination of production with Manager’s guidance.
• Safety: ensuring all personal are following safety procedures, and assist in safety training.
• Work with Manager on cash sales.
• Occasional delivery.
• Equipment maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills for filling and organizing yard.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills (Order entry and Microsoft Outlook). Oracle knowledge a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Forklift experience.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, ability to work as a team, hard working with integrity.
- Clean driving record.
Hours are estimated at 8 hours per day with possible Saturdays and a few Sundays during the cherry season (April 1 – June 1). July through October will be mainly yard makeup and maintenance in outside locations. Punctuality is a must.
