Job Description:
Braga Ranch is currently seeking a Fertilizer and Pesticide Application Supervisor in Soledad, California and Yuma, Arizona.
Position Reports to:
Application Manager
Requirements:
- California Class A license
- Qualified Applicators License is preferred
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Work under the direction of the Application Manager to schedule and supervise the application of fertilizers and pesticides.
- Schedule will generally be Monday to Saturday with the possibility of working on some Sundays and holidays.
- The daily start time will be dependent on the nature and location of the day’s work.
- The position will follow the operation to the Yuma area annually and back again to the Salinas Valley in the spring.
- The employee will aid in the tracking of fertilizer inventories on a daily basis and schedule deliveries of organic fertilizers.
- There may be a need for the employee to drives tractors and trucks and serve as applicator in peak season.
