Job Description:

As a Marketing Associate, you are responsible for the planning, directing, and coordination of the marketing of the organization's products, by performing the following duties, personally or through other team members, and in conjunction or under direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.
  • Minimum of 2 years + experience with Brand Management.
  • Work experience in Marketing Agency and/or Corporation.
  • Copywriting Skills.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to understand and translate data.
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Assists the VP of Sales and Marketing in developing and executing marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure profitable growth and expansion of Bonipak’s products and brand.
  • Supports the creation of presentations for sales and executive team members - in both concept and design.
  • Takes initiative to research and analyze  market opportunities that can may be capitalized on.
  • Helps plan and execute the organization's advertising and promotion activities, including print and electronic.
  • Manages social media efforts if applicable.
  • Coordinates all event/trade show activities and promotional materials (giveaways), and attends when appropriate.
  • Coordinates and communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
  • Develops and publishes all web content and event information.
  • Develops in-house sales materials, such as POS sheets, PowerPoints and others as needed.
  • Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, pull/push programs, etc. to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy, and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Leverages existing/upcoming opportunities for marketing purposes, such as the Knowledge Center.
  • Collaborates with the VP of Sales and Marketing on all public relations strategy and tactics.
  • Writes and coordinates press releases, including media follow-up.
  • Recommends changes in basic structure, processes and organization of the marketing department to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it, and provide the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities.
  • Attends and support client meetings where appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.
