Bonipak has an exciting new opportunity for a bright, production oriented individual with a desire to learn production and harvesting as the Harvest Management Trainee.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business or related field
- Previous experience in Vegetable Production 2-5 years
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and projects to achieve expected business results
- Ability to lead, develop, and manage people
- Ability to comprehend, read, write, and communicate proficiently in English and interact with all levels of personnel in the organization

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with harvest crew and various departments of management
- Keep detailed harvest records and turn in weekly
- Run, supervise, and assign harvest crew members
- Maintain efficiency, speed and quality of harvest crew’s work
- Train and educate harvest crew
- Monitor quantity and quality of harvested produce and take it out of the field
- Responsible for scheduling harvest crew, ensuring the crew is on time and notifying crew of schedule changes (start/finish times, rain outs, and etc.)
- Compile, print and distribute daily harvest list
- Submit invoices and write reports as requested
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Help with harvest
