Bonipak has an exciting new opportunity for a bright, production oriented individual with a desire to learn production and harvesting. Currently seeking a Harvest Management Trainee in Santa Maria, California. The successful candidate will have a strong opportunity for advancement with a fast paced growth oriented organization.
Qualifications:
- Combination of education, training, and applied knowledge in Agriculture Business.
- A strong candidate will have a focused attention to detail, possess effective communication skills, good attitude, strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to work as a team with the ability to lead is a must.
- Bilingual, in Spanish required.
