Bee Sweet Citrus, Inc. is seeking an organized, energetic and highly motivated individual to manage Bee Sweet’s Quality Control and Food Safety Program. The position is responsible for the overall implementation and daily management of the QC Program, as well as maintaining an accurate inventory count, and researching any discrepancy in regards to our extensive food safety system.
Job Duties:
- Enforce good manufacturing practices that include, but are not limited to the following: sanitation, pest control, security and temperature management.
- Design and implement a comprehensive and ongoing quality control program, which includes line personnel training, compliance reviews, corrective actions, maintenance of QC records, and creation of detailed tracking reports.
- Compliance of MRL’s for all domestic, import and export shipments.
- Conduct field inspections related to food safety.
- Conduct USDA match inspections and third party audits.
- Maintain an accurate, quality controlled inventory of produce.
- Must maintain high quality of citrus by keeping an accurate record of its status in storage.

- Must possess current knowledge of the industry’s food safety regulations, health and safety and hazard prevention.
- Bi-lingual (English-Spanish preferred).
