Job Description:
Bee Sweet Citrus is seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual who is interested in pursuing a career in the farming industry to join our Farm Management Department as a Pest Control Advisor/Agronomist. This individual will be responsible for identifying pests, weeds and other organisms on our fields, as well as implementing IPM practices on a regular basis.
Bee Sweet Citrus was founded in 1987, as an independent packer and shipper of California oranges. Bee Sweet Citrus is one of the premier growers, packers, and shippers of fresh citrus in the state of California.

Requirements:
- College graduate with a background in Agronomy and Entomology and/or field checking experience
- Knowledge of weeds and herbicides
- Must be able to work well independently and with others
- Must have a clean driving record
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist PCA(s) with field checking, pest and weed identification, recommendations writing and
- fertilization plans
- Placing traps in fields, doing field evaluations and pulling soils and leaf samples
- Learning and applying IPM practices, calibrations, safety and mixing
