Job Description:
The Autenrieth Co. is a California based export brokerage company that was established in 1976. We specialize in all citrus fruits as well as apples, table grapes, melons and stone fruits.
We are currently looking for an Export Logistics Coordinator in Carlsbad, CA.
As an Export Logistics Coordinator you will assist in the day to day operations of coordinating all shipments. You will research transportation costs and help select the ones that best fit the customer’s needs. You are responsible for keeping records of all shipments and customer files.

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics/Administration/Clerical Fields.
- Proven training in transportation and logistics.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Problem solving skills.
- Previous experience in a fast paced office environment.
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle time sensitive projects.
- MS Office applications (advance in Word and Excel).
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized with the ability to problem solve and work independently.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist the General Manager with daily operations of exporting produce worldwide.
- Manage air and ocean export shipments from start to finish.
- Organize and manage all necessary documentation.
- Enter shipment information and prepare billing upon confirmation of delivery.
- Obtain quotes for various modes of domestic and international transportation and administrative details of day to day shipment coordination.
- Provide shipment tracking, excellent customer service and problem resolution.
- Perform other duties as needed.
