We are currently searching for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Load Coordinator in Wauchula, FL.
As the Dispatcher/Load Coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling the timely and efficient delivery of our customer’s products. You will also be responsible for maintaining shipping documentation, and coordinating with our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, and a team player who has excellent organizational/time management skills. They will use a hands-on approach and collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our customer’s needs are being met.

- Ability to learn new skills and tasks as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be organized, and able to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously such as arranging shipment details

- Dispatch daily orders
- Shipping/Receiving administration
- Customer service
- Coordinate orders between sales and drivers
- Edit orders as needed
- Print bills of lading and supporting paperwork
- Verify quantity and items on bills of lading to pick tickets, noting discrepancies
- Create reports
- Understand the needs of the customers
