Albert’s Organics, America’s largest, most knowledgeable organic, fresh foods distributor and subsidiary of United Natural Foods, is seeking a Sales Support Representative to support our Pacific Organic Produce sales team located in San Francisco, CA.
This position will provide overall support with customer inquiries, will work closely with & assist in coordinating different departments to ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer inquiries, assist in cold calling, perform order data entry, and perform various other office duties and projects as needed.

- Qualified candidates must have a minimum if one (1) year of experience in an office, administrative and/or sales setting.
- A strong customer focus and professional demeanor is required.
- Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to effectively multi-task in a very fast-paced environment, under pressure and remain flexible.
- Good follow-up and strong verbal/written communication skills are essential.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy with figures required.
- Must be able to resolve issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective, positive internal/external working relationships with a diverse group of individuals; a team player.
- Strong computer skills, including Internet, MS Outlook, Word, Excel required; PowerPoint a plus.
- Competent to learn and adapt to new computer applications, system upgrades and other technology as necessary.
- English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
- Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and/or evenings as necessary.
