Albert's Organics, the largest organic produce distributor in the US, is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our highly successful team at our Vernon, CA division.
We are looking for an experienced QC person who has a perishable and/or grocery background. Individual must have 5-8 years of experience in produce QC environment. Responsibilities include being responsible for total inventory management at the operational level, leading the QC, Repack, Inventory Process, and Food Safety Programs, and being the “face of Operations” to customers and the division “shrink and customer service champion.”
This person will also work closely with the Operations Manager on warehouse safety, equipment training and cleanliness of warehouse. This successful person must have strong interpersonal skills, computer skills, analytical/problem solving skills, and be a team player.
