We currently have an opening for a Division Manager in our headquartered Logan Township facility. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic direction and execution of responsibilities focused on growing the business, implementing plans and strategies in line with Albert’s Organics’ culture and goals, as well as the improvement of internal business controls, daily operations, sales and distribution center financials.
- Qualified individuals must possess:
- Over 10 years of leadership experience and demonstrated management and leadership experience in a high-volume, multi-site produce/distribution/retail/wholesale/food industry environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Sciences, Business, or equivalent training and experience
- Knowledge of operations; food safety; purchasing; sales and marketing; specialty, organic, and non-traditional perishable markets preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Strong computer systems and MS Office Suite a must
