The Senior Financial Analyst is a key analytical resource for the Al Dahra ACX Global Management Team. This position is responsible for developing & maintaining accounting and reporting systems and helping achieve strategic goals for Al Dahra ACX Global while ensuring legal compliance and alignment with GAAP.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Create, develop and maintain performance reporting (KPI’s) in support of continuously improving Al Dahra ACX Global. Examples of reporting include productivity, spending, efficiency, safety, labor, etc.
  • Review and evaluate financial models for various business activities, including acquisitions, new business ventures, staffing, etc.
  • Develop and maintain financial and nonfinancial Excel pivot tables
  • Identify and evaluate key initiatives such as ROIC improvement projects, cost saving initiatives and system development projects
  • Assist Director of Finance in driving ACX toward consistency in financial practices and reporting
  • Perform a variety of treasury functions, including insurance, cash, and debt management Assist in the implementation of a new ERP system Identify and develop cost accounting system improvements
  • Provide training to staff members on-site and travel to other business units as required
  • Assist with annual budgeting and the strategic planning process at ACX
  • Perform back-up for key activities of Director of Finance
Qualifications: 
  • BA/BS in Accounting/Finance required; CPA or MBA candidates preferred
  • 3-5 years of previous experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-entity environment
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and in-person communication skills required
  • Previous ERP software experience required Experience in agriculture or agricultural processing will be highly regarded
