- Demonstrate a working knowledge of state and federal occupational safety, health, human resources and food safety laws and regulations.
- Provide effective, interactive training integrating a variety of educational tools, including but not limited to agricultural equipment and technology.

- Develop new curriculum and resources as new topics are assessed requiring specific training programs;
- Create holistic training and resource evaluation tools to determine the effectiveness of curriculum, changes in knowledge and the quality of services provided;
- Update existing curriculum and resources to reflect regulatory changes and ensure that materials are fresh, dynamic and address the cultural, literacy and learning challenges of our diverse audience;
- Deliver AgSafe training courses.
- Conduct safety and human resources voluntary audits, including conducting pre-audit interviews, reviewing existing safety and human resource materials, making on-site visits, developing review documents, and providing necessary follow-up, in some instances on an on-going basis;
- Review and improve the existing audit process, as needed.
- Assist Spanish-speaking AgSafe members, program participants, donors and other individuals by telephone, email, in writing, and in person at the AgSafe office, all AgSafe programs and in other environments, as needed;
- Translate documents from English to Spanish and Spanish to English, as needed;
- Proof read existing documents for accuracy; and
- Other applicable duties as assigned.
Serve as back-up support to other members of the AgSafe staff, and other duties as assigned.
Compensation Package:
- Salary: $45,000 - $60,000
