Grimmway Farms is looking for a versatile Marketing Coordinator with 1- 2 years of experience to join our Marketing team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in the creation, innovation and implementation of the marketing strategy for our family of brands. You will ensure that all activities reflect each brand’s core positioning, and supports the achievement of the company’s broader awareness and engagement goals for both B2B and B2C targets.You will make an impact across the organization as you coordinate initiatives for a wide variety of projects for teams including Public Relations, Digital, Sales, Marketing, and Legal. Whether you’re supporting sales, contributing to social channels, planning events or tracking deliverables, you’ll be exposed to exciting developments across the organization. You’ll need some experience working in a fast paced marketing role and the ability to prioritize many different tasks to flourish in this role.

Requirements: 
  • Highly motivated self-starter who loves collaboration. You’re comfortable working independently as well as influencing cross-functional teams
  • Talented juggler. You successfully manage competing priorities, and you make it look easy
  • Dynamite problem solver and project manager. You’re always thinking (at least) one step ahead 
  • Adaptable and ambitious. You enthusiastically take on other assignments as needed to support your team!
  • Excellent communicator who demonstrates strong leadership capabilities
  • Organized thinker, detail and process oriented, with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant area of study  
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience
  • Digital Media experience a plus
  • A passion for food 
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Coordinate and assist with digital and traditional marketing programs
  • Support sales and merchandising teams with POS and POP materials
  • Work with sales and category insights teams to prepare agendas and presentations
  • Manage marketing supply inventory and ordering
  • Create detailed project activation plans & timelines
  • Create, track and manage project budgets
